Where do we ship?
MULTITED currently using Amazon fullfilment services for shipments and storing.
We ship across the United States, Canada, UK, Asia, and Australia.
We are working on bringing MULTITED everywhere around the world. Email us and to let us know where you live!
Shipping options in the U.S.
We offer two shipping speeds:
- Standard (5-14 business days): FREE
PS: Standard shipping is free when you spend $30 or more. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.
When will my order ship?
Once you make an order, we process your request and then we ship right away.
Processing takes one business day, and after we process then we ship.
You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Any problems with the tracking?

What ear's types fit for MULTITED products?
Our products fit for all ear types: they are coming in different shape and variations, with a choice of ear-tips/foams size. You will find them comfortably secured in your ear.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
Can I remove or change my payment method?
Sure! You can make these changes on your Account page. If you need any help, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Make sure that your card's billing details, such as the security code and billing address, match what you have entered into our system.
Maybe your card issuer have declined your payment, and you will need to check out with them.

How can I update my order?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, and we will do our best to process your request.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can view your order status on your Account as soon as we process your order.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can use one promo code per order. Please choose the one you want to use more.
Can I use a promo code on top of another promotion?
You can use a promo code along with free shipping.
Other offers advertised on the website without a code will be automatically applied. We’ll apply the best deal.
